Property Management Team

An incredible asset to the company and building tenants, Gosnell Properties’ experienced on-site property management team works closely with ownership to execute ongoing capital improvement projects while overseeing day to day building operations and tenant relations. Tasked with providing an excellent tenant experience, the team proactively engages leading vendors for cleaning, security, or landscaping services and seeks out technology to drive efficiencies for tenants from leasing to maintenance requests.
